A Mountain Retreat Reimagined: Inside Our Double Eagle Remodel in Morrison

Not every Denver home renovation happens inside the city. Tucked against Red Rocks Country Club in the Willow Springs neighborhood of Morrison, this condo remodel is a reminder that 'Front Range luxury' can mean mountain views and 800 acres of open space right outside the door.

Designed to Let the Light In

The existing condo had good bones and an even better setting, so this remodel leaned into both. Huge windows and vaulted ceilings flood the space with natural light, and the design choices throughout, warm wood tones, natural stone accents, and clean architectural lines, were chosen to let the surrounding landscape stay the visual focus.

A True Design Partnership

This remodel was thoughtfully curated in partnership with Rachel Grace Interiors, a collaboration that shows in details from the kitchen's top-of-the-line appliances to the way each room balances everyday livability with a sense of retreat. It's the kind of interior-design-and-build partnership that consistently produces stronger results than either discipline working in isolation.

A Colorado Home Renovation Built for Slowing Down

The result is a spacious, light-filled home that invites you to slow down rather than rush through it, a rare combination of mountain views, thoughtful design, and everyday comfort. If you're picturing a whole-home renovation that leans into your home's setting instead of working against it, we'd love to talk through what's possible.
